Another great experience

One of my Hoselink hose guns was giving me problems and I was having trouble trying to service it. I am not very handy. I spoke to Hoselink and a very efficient lady listened to me and understood my total inability to service the gun. A replacement arrived a few days later. It’s reasons like this that have made me a welded on Hoselink customer.

Replacement of faulty part and Customer satisfacti

The lever on my Hose Connector with Flow Control fractured basically fell apart which rendered the connector useless. I contact Hoselink on 3rd of Sept, explained the problem. My view was that it was a weak link in what otherwise was a robust and solid fitting. I Reasoned that it wasn't well thought out in the design stage. The chap I spoke to was very polite, understood the issue and with no hesitation organised to get the part to me ASAP and FOC. It was a pleasure doing business plus the item was invoiced and dispatched on the 3rd of September and delivered to my door before midday 5th September. This type of support backup and attention to customers no doubt makes Hoselink a well established company. I have bought items and used their products for some years and am very pleased with the quality and performance of all aspects. This one aberration was outside the norm. It was a pleasure doing business not leaving out the efficiency of Australia Post.

Fittings

I had been wanting to try these fittings for a while but the extra cost over other brand fittings held me back. I continued to tolerate leaking joiners until recently when a hose my wife was using decided to part company with the joiner and water went every which way except where she intended. I got a spray from her (verbally) and decided then and there Hoselink had to rescue me. I took advantage of the free shipping over $30 and orderd three joiners and a click on adapter set to test the products. In no time the order arrived complete with fitting instructions--easy... no more leaks anywhere! I now intend to gradually replace all my hose fittings (always with the free shipping of course) and for those that waited like I did, the extra cost is well worth it.
