The Superflex Hose is our highest performing hose with a thick inner lining and a 9/10 kink-resistance rating with an 8-year warranty. The Classic Hose is still a very high-quality garden hose with a 6-year warranty and an 8/10 kink-resistance rating. Both are 12mm and come complete with Hoselink hose fittings on either end of the hose, with an upgrade available to include the Premium Ned Kelly Starter Kit for a reduced bundle price. This kit includes the Universal Tap Connector, Accessory Connector with Swivel and Premium 7-Function Spray Gun - ideal if you do not already have these 100% burst-proof Hoselink fittings.

The Classic Hose is suitable for climates ranging from -2°C to 45°C and the Superflex Hose is suitable for climates ranging from -5°C to 50°C.

The 30m is our longest hose in both our Retractable Hose Reel range and our Classic and Superflex range. These hose lengths can be extended with our Leader Hose Extensions that come ready-equipped with our burst-proof Hose Fittings, though in the case of the Retractable Hose Reels the extra length will not be able to retract into the reel casing. The Leader Hose Extensions come in 1.5m and 5m lengths, and our Classic and Superflex Hoses come in a choice of 20m or 30m lengths.

The Classic Hose has a kink-resistaince rating of 8 out of 10 and the Superflex Hose has a superior kink-resistaince rating of 9 out of 10.

The Premium Ned Kelly Starter Kit is one of our bestselling starter kits and includes everything you need to set yourself up for a stress-free watering experience. This kit includes two Hose End Connectors (the pieces that fit on to either end of the hose); the Universal Tap Connector (for attaching straight to the garden tap); an Accessory Connector with Swivel (for attaching watering items such as sprayers and sprinklers to the end of your hose); and the 7-Function Spray Gun, our most popular spray nozzle with functions suitable for everything from spraying delicate seedlings to washing tough dirt and stains off the car. The Soaker Hose is made of plastic and features tiny holes at intervals throughout its length. When turned on, the holes emit an outward fountain-like spray, similar to a sprinkler. This is ideal for watering a nature strip or long section of the backyard. Our Weeper Hose, in comparison, is made of nylon fabric that the water slowly 'weeps' out of in more of a dripping motion. Because of this function, the Weeper Hose can be laid directly in the garden bed and buried underneath a thin layer of mulch to water direct at the roots of your plants, ensuring not a drop is wasted through evaporation.

Yes, you can. The Weeper and Soaker Hoses have different threads at either end of the hose allowing you to join more than one length together at a time, without the need to buy additional connectors or joining accessories. The maximum length we would recommend making would be 30m. This is to ensure the hoses still work effectively.

Typically, this larger, more durable hose is used in commercial and/or rural settings. The larger hose diameter provides a higher water flow and comes with Hoselink's no-burst, no-leak specially adapted fittings to suit the larger size hose. These are easily identifiable by their red colour, so you won't get mixed up with the standard 12mm green fittings.

Not at this time. Currently the only length we offer for the 18mm hose is 30m.

No, unfortunately the 18mm hose is too large for our Manual Hose Reels.
